We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, stone, concrete, block or similar materials. You will work with various tools and techniques to accurately measure, cut and shape materials to create strong and durable structures.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in masonry work and be able to read blueprints or other construction plans. You must also have good hand-eye coordination and physical strength as the job involves working with heavy materials and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or other construction plans to determine the layout of structures.
- Measure and mark surfaces for accurate cutting and shaping of materials.
- Mix cement or mortar according to specifications.
- Lay bricks or other materials in a precise manner using appropriate tools.
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones.
- Maintain clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Mason.
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans.
- Good hand-eye coordination and physical strength.
- Knowledge of different types of building materials and their properties.
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Own transportation preferred.
