Entry Level Painter


As an Entry Level Painter, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and painting of various surfaces. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career as a painter, with no previous experience required. We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking individual who is willing to learn and grow within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling cracks and holes, and applying primer
- Mix paint to achieve desired colors and consistencies
- Apply paint using various tools such as brushes, rollers, and sprayers
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous experience required
- Basic knowledge of painting techniques and tools is preferred
- Must have attention to detail and be able to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically fit to perform tasks such as standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, and working at heights
- Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates
