Administrator - Contract Position (Los Angeles)
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Los Angeles on a contract basis. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing administrative support to various departments, and ensuring smooth and efficient communication within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Provide administrative support to various departments including HR, finance, and marketing
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Maintain accurate records and files for company documents
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for employees
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure timely and accurate communication within the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with HR processes such as onboarding and offboarding employees
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of $1300 per month. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to work in the United States.
