Senior Sales Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our team in Mombasa. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales growth, and developing strategic plans to increase revenue. This is a contract job suitable for Indian nationals with excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training and support
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and set targets
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans for growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Kenya
