Indian Sales Manager in Mombasa
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Indian Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Mombasa. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing strategies to increase revenue. This is a full-time position without accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Train and mentor sales team members to improve their skills and achieve targets
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or region
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in English
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
