IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our company's information technology systems. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining all hardware and software systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position is based in Os, with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and networking systems
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all new hardware and software
- Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements
- Ensure data security by implementing proper backup procedures and disaster recovery plans
- Train employees on new technology systems to increase efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and cloud computing systems
- Experience with project management and budgeting for IT projects
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Prior experience managing an IT team
- Certification in project management or specific technologies
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards such as HIPAA or GDPR
