IT Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes planning, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that meet the needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures in line with company objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and regulations
- Evaluate new technology options and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage IT budget and expenses
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Familiarity with security protocols and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team

Salary: 1700$

Location: Os, Norway (This is a preference, open to candidates from other locations)
