We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead our team in Bergen, Norway. As the IT Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and maintaining the security and efficiency of our technological systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization's IT infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support
- Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and troubleshooting of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure data security by implementing and monitoring effective backup and disaster recovery plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations for improvements
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide efficient solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Strong background in networking, cybersecurity, and data management
- Experience with cloud-based systems preferred
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
