Warehouse Supervisor



We are in need of a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse in La-Condamine. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse workers to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing department for restocking
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and storage of goods
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred
- 2+ years experience in a warehouse supervisory role
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month, with accommodation provided for non-local candidates.

Location:
Our warehouse is located in La-Condamine, which offers a beautiful coastal setting with easy access to nearby cities. While nationality is not a requirement, candidates must have valid work permits for Monaco.
