Concrete Worker



We are currently hiring a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare worksite by setting up forms and ensuring proper alignment
- Pour concrete into forms and spread evenly using tools such as shovels and rakes
- Smooth and level concrete using hand or power tools
- Finish surfaces by applying sealants, curing compounds, or other finishes
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and wind conditions to ensure proper curing of concrete
- Repair any cracks or imperfections in finished surfaces
- Operate equipment such as cement mixers or power saws when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixtures and their uses
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and precision when working with concrete
- Excellent time management skills

Salary: 1100$ per month
