Merchandiser
The role of a Merchandiser is to ensure that products are displayed and promoted in a visually appealing and effective manner in retail stores. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in merchandising, as well as knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores in the Ufa area on a regular basis to ensure product displays are visually appealing and fully stocked
- Set up promotional displays and signage according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure product availability
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends and consumer preferences
- Communicate with sales team to provide feedback on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed in accordance with company standards
- Maintain accurate records of store visits, inventory levels, and other relevant data

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail sales preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as needed (approximately 20 hours per week)
- Must have own transportation for store visits
