Junior Architectural Designer


As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will work closely with the lead architect to assist in the design and development of various architectural projects. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings and plans, conducting research on materials and construction methods, and communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences. This role is based in Las Vegas but open to candidates from Canada or other English-speaking countries.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead architect to develop design concepts for projects
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction methods
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Attend site visits to ensure construction is aligned with design plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (or currently pursuing)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
