Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at our luxurious hotel in the stunning city of Alta. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, negotiating contracts, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Create sales reports and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations, and events to maximize sales opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel brand
- Train and mentor junior sales staff members
- Monitor competition activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
