Part-Time Barista in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain


We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team on a part-time basis at our café in Dar Kulaib, Bahrain. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. Your role will also involve maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the café, handling cash transactions, and providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Familiarity with various coffee beans and blends
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for Bahrain

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by using proper equipment, ingredients, and recipe guidelines
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of the café including tables, counters, equipment, and restrooms
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS system
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shift
- Follow health codes and safety standards at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly

Salary: $1600/month (based on an hourly rate)
