We are a fast-growing company in Beer-Sheva seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to oversee our IT department. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members. The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our company's technology systems. They will also play a key role in implementing new technologies and developing strategies to improve our overall IT operations. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the IT department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and network systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and develop solutions that support business objectives.
- Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and service providers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, web applications, databases, virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
