IT Manager for Multinational Corporation



We are a global corporation seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our operations in Beer-Sheva. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and leadership, with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security. You will oversee a team of IT professionals and ensure that all systems and processes are operating efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement technology strategies to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems
- Oversee network infrastructure and security protocols
- Lead the IT team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures
- Continuously evaluate new technologies that can improve company operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other departments within the company

Salary: $1600 per month
