A reputable architectural firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about commercial architecture and wants to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of commercial projects, including creating concept drawings, 3D models, and construction documents
- Collaborate with senior architects to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline constraints
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings to gather information and discuss project requirements
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with local laws and standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial architecture (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and team members
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of $900 per month. Our company also provides opportunities for professional growth and development.
