- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Provide regular updates on project progress, budget, and resource allocation to senior management
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide coaching or training as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards achieving common goals
- Experience working with clients from different cultural backgrounds is preferred
