Team Lead - Indian Contract Worker (Akron, OH)

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of Indian contract workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Develop project plans, assign tasks to team members, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Communicate project updates and status reports to upper management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
