Teamlead - Khanpur


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Khanpur. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring the efficient and effective completion of projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month, and we also provide free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring progress
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with other teams/departments to ensure smooth project workflows
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in project management

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership position or similar role
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in relevant software/tools for project management (e.g. Microsoft Project)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (preferred)
- Must be comfortable working long hours when necessary
