We are currently hiring a Team Lead to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership and direction to the team, ensuring that all members are working towards common goals and objectives
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor their progress, and provide guidance and support when needed
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall team performance
- Ensure that all projects are completed within designated timelines while maintaining high quality standards
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering results within tight deadlines
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
