Moderator - Online Community Manager



Our company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Moderator to join our growing team in Os, Norway. As the Online Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and moderating our online community forums, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for our users.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and moderate online community forums, ensuring all content is in line with company guidelines and standards
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to increase activity and participation
- Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner
- Act as a liaison between the company and the online community, communicating updates and changes
- Monitor trends and identify potential issues or conflicts within the community
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features and improvements for the online community platform
- Keep track of user metrics and provide regular reports on community activity

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in online community management or moderation
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with users in a professional manner
- Knowledge of social media platforms and online community best practices
- Basic understanding of SEO principles is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1500 per month for this position.
