Construction Manager
Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait (Preference for Indian nationality)
Salary: 1200 USD per month


We are a leading construction company in Al Ahmadi and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget
- Oversee the selection and hiring of contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress of construction work, ensuring quality standards are met
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures on site
- Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on project progress
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure project is on track and identify any potential issues or delays
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
