Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules and ensure they are executed within the established budget and timelines.
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and vendors, negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Monitor project progress, identifying any potential risks or delays, and implementing solutions to ensure timely completion.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
- Prepare reports for senior management on project progress, budget expenditures, and other key metrics.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience working with biometric passports is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
