We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team in the beautiful city of Bansko, Canada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on our properties to ensure they are in top condition for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting routine inspections of properties and identifying any maintenance issues
- Performing general repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and patching walls
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools and equipment
- Responding to guest requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Assisting with snow removal and landscaping duties as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as required
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a hospitality or property management setting
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bansko, Canada

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month.
