Project Manager

A leading construction company in Atlanta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, resources, and teams to ensure successful completion of projects within specified deadlines. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided for suitable candidates.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Willingness to relocate to Atlanta if not currently residing there

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
