Job Title: Waiter/Waitress in St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a friendly and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our busy restaurant in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and take orders from customers.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions.
- Assist with setting up and cleaning tables and dining areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a similar establishment.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Proven knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus tips.
