Junior Architectural Designer


We are searching for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and be proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as they will be working closely with clients, contractors, and other team members.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Senior Architects with developing design concepts and creating detailed drawings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and present design proposals
- Research building codes, materials, and construction techniques to inform design decisions
- Prepare presentations and visual aids to effectively communicate design ideas
- Attend site visits and meetings with contractors to ensure designs are being accurately implemented

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail is crucial for this role

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on residential or commercial projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Revit or 3ds Max
