Architectural Designer


An established architectural firm in Acre is seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing architectural designs and plans for various projects. Your creativity and attention to detail will be key in producing high-quality designs that meet the needs and preferences of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and budget for the project
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Work closely with architects and engineers to coordinate design elements and ensure project feasibility
- Prepare presentations of design concepts to clients for review and feedback
- Make necessary revisions to designs based on client feedback and budget constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to enhance design quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and structural principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, clients, and contractors
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
