Hotel Sales Manager
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Malindi, Egypt. Your main goal will be to exceed sales targets and increase market share by developing and executing effective sales strategies. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts, and develop relationships with key accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the local market in Malindi, Egypt
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
