The Network and Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure and systems. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and implement solutions to optimize network efficiency
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of the network infrastructure
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity is maintained
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patches, and security checks
- Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings
- Collaborate with other IT team members to develop solutions for technical issues or improvements to the network infrastructure
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network administration or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security principles, and best practices
- Experience with Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016)
- Proficient in virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
- Certification in CCNA or CCNP would be an advantage
- Experience with Cisco routers/switches or other networking equipment is highly desirable
Salary: 1500$ per month
