Facade Specialist


As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings in Washington. Your main duties will include conducting inspections and assessments to identify structural issues, creating detailed plans for facade restoration or renovation projects, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of facades. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are followed during construction and maintenance activities.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques, as well as experience in facade design and project management. You must also possess excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a specialization in facades. Previous experience working on similar projects is highly preferred. Additionally, proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software is necessary.
