Plasterer Supervisor


We are hiring a Plasterer Supervisor to oversee and manage our team of plasterers in Karachi, Pakistan. As a Plasterer Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely completion of projects. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, ordering materials, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plasterers and ensure they are following proper techniques and procedures
- Train new plasterers on techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Perform quality checks on completed work
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
- Order necessary materials and supplies for projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites
- Prepare cost estimates for potential projects
- Maintain accurate records of project materials, costs, and progress

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Experience working with various types of plaster including gypsum, cement, lime, etc.
- Excellent knowledge of plastering techniques and tools
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret project specifications
- Proficient in basic math calculations for measuring materials and making cost estimates
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and suppliers
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time (contract position)
