We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solar Installer to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties. This is a contract position that offers visa sponsorship for Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels, inverters, and wiring according to project plans and specifications
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal placement of solar panels
- Perform routine maintenance on installed systems, including cleaning panels and checking connections
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar systems
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while on job sites
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:

- Indian nationality preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit to lift heavy equipment and climb ladders as needed
- Familiarity with electrical systems and basic hand tools
- Ability to read project plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

This is a contract position that requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The job may involve climbing ladders or being on rooftops. The successful candidate must be comfortable working at heights.

Salary:

The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
