Senior Architect - Vilnius, Lithuania

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design process of various architectural projects in Vilnius. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and develop innovative solutions that meet their needs. Your role will also involve managing a team of architects and coordinating with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
- Ensure that all designs comply with building regulations and codes
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to review construction progress and address any issues that may arise

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Language Requirement:
Fluency in English is required for this position.

Experience Requirement:
At least 5 years of experience in architectural design is required for this role.
