Indian Administrator in Khasab
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Indian Administrator to join our team in the beautiful city of Khasab. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks of our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, as well as handle travel arrangements
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide general administrative support to team members
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently living in Khasab or willing to relocate
- No previous experience required, but strong organizational skills are a must
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to live on-site (accommodation provided) and have valid visa sponsorship
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
