We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Architecture and at least 5 years of experience working in commercial architecture. You should also have strong technical skills, excellent project management abilities, and a keen eye for design. Experience with building codes and regulations in Luxembourg is preferred.

As our ideal candidate, you will have exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members. You should also possess strong leadership skills to manage project teams and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.

This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month. Working hours are flexible but may require occasional overtime to meet project deadlines. We welcome applicants of all nationalities but proficiency in English is required.
