Senior Architect - Design and Development Specialist

As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design and development process for various construction projects in Atlanta. Your main duties will include developing project plans, overseeing construction activities, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. You should have a strong background in architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in design and development. This role requires excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in design and development
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations

- Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
