As an Architectural Designer in our firm, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients and team members to develop design concepts, producing detailed drawings and 3D models, and ensuring that projects meet all necessary building codes and regulations. You must have experience in using CAD software and a strong understanding of architectural design principles. In addition, you must have a biometric passport and be able to travel internationally if required for project meetings or site visits. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Research and analyze site conditions, building codes, and regulations
- Develop design concepts that meet client requirements
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using CAD software
- Ensure designs are functional, cost-effective, and sustainable
- Communicate effectively with team members throughout the design process
- Conduct regular site visits to review progress and ensure designs are being implemented correctly
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport for international travel
