We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating various machine tools to shape and form metal parts according to drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manual and CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and other machine tools
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances
- Use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Select appropriate cutting tools based on material type and size
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Make adjustments to machines as needed for optimal performance
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Turner in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in setting up and operating manual lathes and mills
- Experience with CNC machines is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Must have own basic tool kit

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
