Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our company and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably with accommodation or hospitality experience. This position is open to all genders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails
- Assist with travel arrangements
- Maintain records and files
- Provide general administrative support to the team

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with accommodation or hospitality industry is preferred but not required

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Almada, Portugal (accommodation available if needed)
