The City of Os is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs for various architectural projects. Your role will involve working closely with architects, engineers, and other building professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and surveys to collect relevant information for project design
- Develop detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to produce design solutions that meet project requirements
- Prepare project cost estimates and schedules
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor construction progress and provide technical support as needed
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and technologies related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD)
- Good understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong technical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this part-time position. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Visa sponsorship is available for non-residents.
