Temporary Barista (Visa Sponsorship Available)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Barista to join our team in Monte-Carlo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and customer service, who is looking for a short-term position with the potential for visa sponsorship.

As a Temporary Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages, interacting with customers, and ensuring that our café maintains a welcoming and clean atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the food and beverage industry, as well as excellent communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders, handle payments, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures
- Keep the café clean and organized at all times
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling procedures

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1400 per month. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
