Barista (Temporary) - Monte-Carlo, Monaco

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team for a temporary position in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and make recommendations based on customers' preferences
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages
- Ensure proper preparation and presentation of all beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell products by suggesting additional items or promotions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques and latte art skills is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of French is a plus)
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Monaco

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary position with an hourly pay rate of $1100. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the business but will typically be between 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM. This job requires standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 30 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.
