Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Muharraq. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining high quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and ensure costs are kept within approved limits
- Oversee the selection of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for each project
- Monitor construction progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Review construction plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project
- Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: $1400 per month with accommodation provided. This position is open to all nationalities.
