Loader Operator
We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Lom, Kenya. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials within the construction site. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, loading and unloading materials, and following safety protocols at all times.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience operating loaders and other heavy machinery. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a valid driver's license. You should also have good hand-eye coordination, physical stamina, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders and other heavy equipment to load materials onto trucks or move them within the construction site
- Inspect equipment before use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Load and unload materials using appropriate techniques
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Communicate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
