Our busy coffee shop in Siauliai is looking for a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service. We are seeking someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of various brewing methods and latte art skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or coffee shop
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and espresso extraction techniques
- Ability to create latte art is considered an asset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Must have valid work permit/visa for Lithuania (EU citizens preferred)

This is a full-time position with flexible hours. We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month, plus tips. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
