Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager
As a Civil Engineer - Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning, design, and construction of various civil engineering projects in the city of Shan, Pakistan. Your primary role will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project teams and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with all relevant codes and standards
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure efficient execution of construction works
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with consultants to review design plans and make necessary revisions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project duration
- Communicate regularly with government agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in civil engineering or construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
