Architectural Technologist



Our firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction, with experience in drafting, 3D modeling, and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop architectural plans and designs
- Create detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Utilize 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1000 per month.

City:
This role is based in Clairvaux.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals.

Language:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
