Facade Specialist

As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of building facades in the city of Chelyabinsk. Your main duty will be to ensure that all facades are aesthetically pleasing, structurally sound and comply with relevant codes and standards. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to develop facade plans, select materials and oversee the installation process. Additionally, you will conduct regular inspections and repairs to ensure the safety and functionality of existing facades.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of construction principles and techniques, as well as experience in facade design and installation. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are also essential for this position. This is a contract job with opportunities for growth within our company.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade design or construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid visa to work in Chelyabinsk (preferably Indian nationality)

Salary: $1300 per month
